About me

Where data precision meets human communication.

I approach data differently because my foundation is built on communication. With a Bachelor of Arts in English, I developed a rare ability to bridge the gap between technical database schemas and non-technical stakeholders. I don't just build dashboards — I translate complex operational data into stories that drive decisive organizational action.

For 7+ years I have worked within the Data, Identity Management and Analysis units of UNHCR in Cox's Bazar — one of the world's largest humanitarian operations. Managing 1M+ population records across 8 registration sites has forged an uncompromising discipline around data integrity, privacy compliance, and operational efficiency.

Beyond data, I bring a full creative and technical toolkit: web application development in PHP/MySQL, brand identity design through the Adobe Suite, professional video production, and UI/UX prototyping. Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Data Analytics and Design Thinking.

Registration Assistant — Data, Identity Management & Analysis Unit

UNHCR – Sub Office Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh

  • Designed and deployed Power Apps + Power BI systems for ID card tracking, multi-site asset management, and new arrival registration — replacing manual processes serving 8 sites and 1M+ records.
  • Focal Point for 2024 Headcounting Exercise: coordinated field teams, data collection, and reporting; issued fixing tokens to 3,200 families across Cox's Bazar operations.
  • Focal Point – Documentation & Filing: introduced a structured FMS system, clearing a 1M+ file backlog and achieving zero retrieval delays.
  • Developed executive Power BI dashboards for RAD activities, ID card issuance, and BIE Resumption monitoring with real-time cross-site visibility.
  • Conducted registration, protection, and litigation interviews; maintained data quality in proGres v4 and BIMS.
